I believe the plant is a mexican heather.

where do you buy the oil?

local garden store or nursery have the oil.... don't delay, they multiply fast....

@Wanda sinnema LOL I just had to laugh. This was posted in Feb,2012 and in March,2015 you are saying "Don't delay". Just struck my funny bone I guess.
