French Cottage Bathroom Renovation #bathroombeautify

A vintage bathroom gets a makeover and a fresh new look with marble subway tile, a vintage style sink, peaked ceiling and loads of charm.
The old tile wall was replaced with marble subway tiles and wood planks above. Wood plank walls are the original style of the 1940's house- and make an appearance in every room.
A vintage style but new pedestal sink with gold fixtures was a perfect addition- updating while keeping the vintage style.
A subway tile shower with clean lines was the solution to the old tub/shower combo that stretched the width of the room. We also took out the original ceiling- which had a skylight and peaked the entire ceiling to the rafters to create a detailed ceiling with planks and wood beams.
