Sunken concrete is both unsightly as well as a trip hazard. There are three ways to repair it: The first is to grind it, but that is as unsightly as the sunken concrete. The second is replacement, but that destroys the surrounding landscape, and it is expensive. Importantly, neither of these solutions is permanent, since the void underneath a slab has to be filled before it will stop sinking. The third solution is to raise the concrete and restore it to level. This is the superior solution because it fills the void. It is also cost effective, it saves the surrounding landscape, and it keeps tons of concrete out of our landfills.
We enjoy these kinds of results with "slabjacking" every day. We can raise most slab-on-grade applications for residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial customers. We have been in the concrete servicing business for twenty-five years.

How we do it? . . . We drill a hole about 1 1/2" in diameter, saving the dust for matching later. We then insert a nozzle through the hole and pump grout under the slab. As the void under the slab begins to fill up, the slab is hydraullically lifted to its level position. We then patch the holes, matching the color as closely as we possibly can. The price will be determined by the size and difficulty of the job, but will range from $500 to whatever it might take.
