Leena Milligan-Lanteigne on May 09, 2013To give paint more life outdoors, you can coat it with marine spar varnish. This is used on boats and was introduced to me by a professional painter. It comes in can for use with a brush or in a spray. Just follow the directions on the can - a few coats should do it! I've used it on hand painted signs on reclaimed wood and it works really well! Have fun! Love Godspell!Helpful Reply
