Home gym floor - what should we use?

KMS Woodworks on May 08, 2013This depends a bit on how you are using the space..an epoxy floor would look great and be super easy to keep clean. It however would not provide any "padding" for weights or floor exercises. The pebble mat is just one type...that site also has wood grain and colors http://www.greatmats.com/products/wood-reverse-foam-floor-tile.phpHelpful Reply

KMS Woodworks on May 18, 2013Are you working with free weights or stationary equipment? Free weights could dent hardwoods or damage laminates if dropped. Same issue with tile. I recently had to replace a few tiles in a clients kitchen, where a weight was dropped.Helpful Reply
