Liliana Wells on Feb 29, 2016There are several makeovers on HomeTalk. I just typed "desk" in the search box above. One of them is sure to inspire you. Please post your project when you are finished.Helpful Reply

Shannon O- Junkflirt on Feb 29, 2016I love the look of a dark stained top and white legs, it is classic and adds the dramatic effect that gets a piece noticed. We did our kitchen table in this finish with General Finishes Java gel stain and Annie Sloan Old White. It would blend with your gray and stand out too.Helpful Reply

Nikileigh on Feb 29, 2016I've seen lots of color combos with the gray tend that stand out and look amazing. Maybe try pairing a bright color with the gray (turquoise, aqua, tangerine, yellow). I really love Shannon's idea too if you want to keep that classic look. I'm eager to see what you end up doing with it.Helpful Reply
