HandyANDY - Handyman & All Repairs, LLC on Mar 06, 2012Great product. Covers well, bonds well and cure out quickly to repaint in about 30 minutes. The true test will be over the coming years....we have had quite a few vinyl shutters peel over the years...even though most were previously painted by someone other than HandyANDY and the failure was from their lack of priming and not ours.Helpful Reply
