Showing hidden potential in property for sale
I placed these drawings in a 1981 house in Marietta that is listed for sale. I think it helps the buyers coming through, to see the potential. What do you think?

Existing 1981 kitchen in a house for sale in Marietta. My plans show the way it can be remodeled to bring into the 21st Century.
Floor plan I drew to show all the changes on the first floor. Another option is to totally open the kitchen to the foyer and sitting room to the right.

That's something that I've not seen done before! Renderings like that can actually be quite useful in a house for sale or even an apartment for rent! Thanks for the idea, I might just have to steal it from you for the next project I have coming up!

Just to add on that while it's quite awesome to draw things out in hand, there should be a program of sorts that ought to do this same kind of rendering isn't there?
