DIY MY Spring Blog Hop: Faux Grass Ottoman
by

(IC: blogger)
Think Spring with a whimsical faux grass ottoman, no watering required. This makes a fun occasional or party piece using a crate, a couple feet of faux grass carpet, some plastic craft foliage and spray paint.
can be used as a fun occasional table
makes a perfect perch for some books and a cup of tea
The basic supplies
roughly trace crate dimensions on reverse of grass carpet thensimply adhere faux grass to exterior of crate and top with plastic foliage. I used a strong tape but appropriate glue can be used for tougher wear
a couple shades of green plastic friendly spray assures an even natural tone
add some Spring accents
