I received an e-mail this evening that says it is from Miriam at Hometalk.
Heading is "We're sending you a little something..."
Then it goes on to say You've touched lives and helped countless people achieve their dream home projects on Hometalk. We're celebrating our 5th birthday in March and wanted to say thank you.....
"To celebrate together, we're sending you and our other....
Can you please reply to this email with your mailing address?
Thanks again and Happy Hometalking!
Warmly,
Miriam Illions & The Hometalk Team

The Copyright is 2015, and it has 3 social media icons at the bottom, but not the 4 you have on your regular e-mails. Mailing address is same as your regular e-mails
Just wondering if it is legit or a scam of some sort.
Thank you. I enjoy your site!

KatAych on Mar 07, 2016Did you check what email address it came from? Sometimes you can tell by who supposedly sent it. I would fwd it to Miriam directly. She also has a Twitter account - she may have mentioned it there if it's legit, I haven't checked.Helpful Reply
