The Copyright is 2015, and it has 3 social media icons at the bottom, but not the 4 you have on your regular e-mails. Mailing address is same as your regular e-mails

KatAych on Mar 07, 2016Did you check what email address it came from? Sometimes you can tell by who supposedly sent it. I would fwd it to Miriam directly. She also has a Twitter account - she may have mentioned it there if it's legit, I haven't checked.Helpful Reply
