A Japanese Spring Vegetable Garden

I received some unusual vegetable seedlings and was excited that they had an Asian theme. My spring vegetable garden includes; Kabocha, Japanese Eggplant and Japanese Cucumber.
Kabocha is a Japanese pumpkin or squash.
The seedlings were given to me in this egg carton. I love the earth-friendliness of the gift.
I transplanted the seedlings into small plants until they're ready for larger containers.
I used the original handwritten plant names from the egg carton and clipped them to the pots.
