We initially purchased the upper half of an antique secretary at auction. My plan was to use it in the garage as storage unit for my gardening supplies. But once I freshened it up, this piece turned out too pretty for such a utilitarian purpose. Instead, I used it for some much needed bathroom storage. Sjeka Seika on Oct 11, 2016I like what you have done paint wise with the piece. I think I would put legs on it to bring it up off the floor. A nice set of bowed antique chair legs on the front with straight one on the rear would look great IMO.
