DIY Mason Jar Caddy

Today I want to share this cute little mason jar caddy that I built last summer at Haven. I had been meaning to paint it for months, and I finally got around to it. It is such a versatile piece, and I have styled it three ways to give you some ideas for how you can use it. Let me tell you more about my DIY mason jar caddy!
I painted my mason jar caddy with Americana Decor chalky finish paint in the color Refreshing. The first way I styled it is to use it as flower vases. I also used Rub n Buff in Antique Gold to paint the lids to the jar. I just rubbed it on with my finger and then buffed it with a clean rag. I like the way the jars look so much better this way! After I finished painting this caddy, I then painted it with Americana Decor dark cream wax.
This mason jar caddy would also be great to use to hold utensils for entertaining. I can definitely see myself using it this way several times in the future!
Another great use for this mason jar caddy is to use it to hold makeup brushes. This would look so cute in a bathroom or a bedroom! I can think of so many different ways and spots to use this in my home, so I’m sure you will be seeing it my decor more than once! I just love the way it turned out!
