Homemade Beeswax Candles

We've already told you of beeswax tealights in shells to remember summer, now let's make beeswax candles. The supplies are beeswax, wicks, double-stick adhesive, essential oils, a wax pouring pot, thermometer, skewers, jars or metal tins. Cut the wax into small chunks and melt it using a thermometer, the temperature should be between 145° and 175°. Adhere the wicks to the bottom of the tins using double-stick adhesive. Pour the wax into the tins and let the candles cool completely. If you'd like to scent your candles, you'll want to add fragrance once the wax is melted – 1 gram of oil per 1lb of wax. Enjoy your candles!
