Christmas' business alternatives

I'm interesting in set up a small business in a christmas market @my country, I know I'm early but that's how it's meant to be :) I'd like some ideas which I could develop, which might be fancy, affordable and suitable for the season: gifts, deco, beach (here summer starts in January) Of course, on a low investment capital! Hope some of you may help me :)

Hi Veronica! First off, have you obtained the necessary permits?

Hi Sia! Since I said that it's a Christmas Market, it is a legal outlet or fair which doesn't allow people to do business without the necessary authorization from the governement and Tax Authorities. My Taxpayer Number in Perú is: RUC 10103082841, I have authorization to trade and bill issues. I would rent a stand in which I could showcase my products... hope your question's been satisfied...

Great! Since I'm in the US and you're in Peru I wasn't sure what your laws were. So you are good to go! 1. What size space will you have? 2. Will there be electrical available? 3. Will they be providing any tables etc? Once we know those things, we'll be better able to help you decorate. Some of us here have been doing this for decades. ;)

2 x 2 meters, electrical source, I should take the furniture necessary (I have to figure out first what they would be so that I could set that up) Of course, it's up to us the looks of our stands... it's an issue too because people tend to go to the fancy ones first!

@Veronica Falla Hi Veronica. The furniture you take depends on 1. Type of vehicle you have access to, for transporting. 2. The number of 'helpers' needed to place the furniture. You can go as simple as a long table with crates or small bookcases set on top strategically for display. Or you can have elaborate pieces such as a hutch, corner piece, bookcases, vintage stoves etc. Need to know more please! xo
