God Bless the Oklahoma Tornado Victims

Please do all you can to help these folks - they would do it for you.
Just returned from an all day trip to Moore, OK. Me and my family are at a complete loss of words. Our youngest gathered up toys that she wanted to give to another girl that lost everything in the tornado. We spoke to a handful of people - both victims and volunteers. Everyone there had a great attitude and positive outlook on life and on the recent tornados that hit their town.Volunteers everywhere going home to home cleaning up debris. Church groups, businesses and friends all pooled together rolling up their sleeves to get the job done. I have never seen such a mass of people on this scale putting all things aside to help those in need.
After driving every neighborhood looking for a little girl to give these toys to and not finding a single one we ran into the homeowner that was the third home hit in the storm. Her name was Jennifer. Her little girl was pulling up in another truck minutes after we arrived. Our youngest went up to her immediately and gave her a hug. She was so excited that we found another little girl to give her toys to. We are so proud of her selfless gesture. She was so happy!
Jennifer's 3 German Shepherds all survived the direct hit of the tornado. Her home was swept off the foundation and thrown into the field next door. She was optimistic of rebuilding but it all was still very sad and tragic.
We spent some time talking with her and her brother before heading back to Frisco. After seeing what mother nature can do I don't know why anyone would think that being in an interior room or bathroom will help them to survive a direct hit. I will tell you this - we saw a number of homes' foundations/slabs that just had plumbing pipes remaining - everything else was gone.
Our next home will definitely have a shelter included in the build - no doubt about it.
God bless all those people directly or indirectly affected by the tornados. We will keep each and everyone one of you in our prayers.
