Re-Do of Old Lamp Shades so They Go With My Night Stand Redo
by

(IC: homeowner)
Started with some ugly Goodwill lamps that I paid a total of $3 for both Lamps and the Shades
Pretty plain Jane if you ask me. But the other lamp shade was a Quilty Cloth like material with pink checkered pattern that wouldn't work for my room. RE-DO TIME!!!
Pretty in Pink... For someone else. But not for ME.. Let's see what I can do to cover it up.
Perhaps some Beige Spray Paint... I would say it covered the pink checkers nicely.
Next I applied the Unicorn Spit and Gel to the Lamp Shade right over the Spray Paint. Yes you can use it over Spray paint or directly onto material as long as you don't intend to wash it. So in this case it works great!! Once it tried I applied a brush on Polyurethane to seal it. Heat will
After some touch up. They are both done and they match my night stands I did last weekend perfectly.
And the modest lighting is amazing as it shines throw the Lamp Shade.
