Industrial Laundry Hoop

I gave my son and industrial, construction nursery. He's not old enough to take care of his own laundry just yet but you better believe I'm paving the way to get him helping ASAP.
I used pallet wood to make the backboard. Just cut to the size I wanted - used to pieces to mount it to in the back with wood glue.
I stained the wood with homemade vinegar stain (recipe on my blog) and stenciled the words "laundry hoop" onto the backboard.
I used tin snips to remove the bottom of a $3 waste basket from Target.
I the drilled holes in the backboard and attached the waste basket with a zip tie.
We screwed the backboard to the wall and put this laundry cart I found for $25 at Home Goods underneath.
If you'd like to see the rest of the projects in his room I'd love to have you visit my blog. Www.pinterestingplans.com

Den4745700 on Apr 13, 2016That is so great! I raised 3 boys. It would have been a wonderful help and entertainment at the same time.
