Upcycled Telephone Desk
I found this telephone desk at the Goodwill for 20 bucks, where I usually find all of my smaller pieces. It was cute but a horrid pea green color and looked as if it had recently been painted. After much contemplation I decided to paint it a Spicy Banana Pepper Yellow. What I thought was going to be a simple project turned into a very intricate process. Why? Because after trying to sand it down and the paint refusing to lift I decided to strip the paint. Oh boy! 25 spindles later and I was a hot mess. It did turn out very cute though and I am glad I didn't give up on this one.
