Ways to hide power board in the family room
-
Lynn Palmatier on Apr 07, 2016Depending on where it is and assuming it is your circuit breakers, you could create a box to cover the electrical and find some artwork that could be placed on a hinge so it becomes a door, so that you can access the electrical when needed. Can build a box to the artwork which might be easier than trying to find artwork to fit the box... How large is the wall? Where is the box situated to the wall? Pictures of the wall would have helped. If the wall is large, you could use barn door style rails to hang doors to cover the electrical.Helpful Reply

Sissy on Apr 07, 2016In our previous home, I hung a pretty Tapestry from a decorative wooden pole over our circuit-breaker panel. Worked great - no one knew it was there.Helpful Reply

MN Mom on Apr 07, 2016A framed canvas art piece would work. It would give you some depth so that you aren't placing anything directly in contact with the board itself. I would not use anything electrical or magnetic.Helpful Reply
