Porch Bench Made From Old Headboard & Scrap Wood

A headboard from an old bunk bed from the 50's received a new life as a sized just right porch bench.
We used scrap lumber for the seating and the headboard was the prefect size to fill an empty spot on our porch. Each piece of wood was stained or painted a different hue to add variety. The whole thing was screwed together and received several coats of marine varnish.
