Spring Birthdays are abundant in my Family. I try to make each person something special that I know that they will enjoy and use. This is one of those fun and usable goodies. Not only that but it is also an upcycle that I think she will love. I may have to make a few because I think a few people may request them once they see the finished product.
Materials:
Step 1
Step 3
Add a taper candle to the bottle opening and you are ready for a little ambiance. If the candle does not fit the bottle opening you can shave away some of the base. If the candle is too small heat the wax on the base of the candle and wrap a bit of twine around the bottom of the candle. If you wrap the candle base remember to watch for the candle burning too low. YOU DO NOT WANT A FIRE.
Enjoyed the project?
Suggested materials:
- Wine bottle (upcycle)
- Twine (dollar store)
- Hot glue (craft store)
