    Most important is to seal the outside of your house. Purchase spray foam insulation and seal all the cracks and crevices. Secondly you can purchase sticky traps and place them where ever they are visible.

    I used to have this problem in Pa. I always used Liquid Sevin Dust. I would spray it corners, under cabinets, etc. It will leave a white residue but that is the best product that I ever found. I always have a bottle under my kitchen sink!

    Something else to consider are your furnace floor vents (if forced air). Use aluminum tape around the inside to prevent any openings between the vent and floor. Also helps with heat and a/c flow.
