What kind of paint do I use to paint concrete?

Do I just use a concrete primer and then any kind of bright spray paint? Or is there a special kind for concrete?

There are a number of concrete paints, sealers and bonding agents available depending on what you're painting (patio, basement, garage floor). Take a trip to a home improvement store and speak with someone in their paint department

I would use kiltz or equivalent as the first paint then get a good outside paint tinted to your liking.

If outside and exposed to weather beware that painted concrete can become slippery when wet. You can use a non-slip grit additive mixed with the paint to give the concrete more traction.
