A pipe cleaner must be glued up the center of the hat before you roll and seam it into a hat. That is how you are able to twist it into the cool twisty shape of the hat.
Once the hat is sewn or glued into a hat then add the santa hair.
I just hot glued it around the inside of the bottom of the hat. I then hot glued the wooden nose in the front.
Then just twist the hat top around a pencil for your desired look.
Find your favorite bottle and stick it on top. You can pop it off and on to drink and re-drink.
