Confessions From a Non-Gardener: Trying to Grow a Green Thumb

Easy
So happy the sun is finally out around here.
Tropical storm Andrea dumped lots of rain on us last week and with all that water coming down it got me to thinking {you know that can be dangerous sometimes, heehee}; thinking how nice and green everything would be. Hence, this non-gardener attempts to plant something and keep it alive. Dreaming of the day when I grow a green thumb.
Let me explain myself. During the down pours last week, I was editing photos of some container gardens I'd admired. And I got the itch to put on my gardening gloves.
Trying to Grow a Green Thumb?
A Non-Gardener attempt to plant something...and keep it alive.
Finding the right container {or using one you already have on hand} is the first step.
Choosing the right plants for your planting zone and sun exposure is next.
And, voila! An easy container garden by a non-gardener.

  • Shari, you crack me up. And so cool you have a 'built-in fertilizer supply'. Thanks for the tip!

Hey, if you ever need any and don't mind a little drive about 15 minutes past the Hard Rock, let me know. I can hook you up with enough manure to make you look like a master gardener! ;)
