what's the difference between garden soil and top soil? do i need to use one of them for planting azalea plants?

Walter Reeves on Apr 30, 2012Garden soil is bagged organic matter; it's usually mixed 1:1 with existing soil. The bagged topsoil I see at big box stores seems to have a lot of silt in it...not good for azaleas. I'd use the garden soil according to directions.Helpful Reply
