Fun Uses for Fabric Remnants and Small Painting Projects

Another fun way to add fabric on a child's chair plus a small painting project for a little one. I used about 1 yd and 1/2 for this chair and trim with left over fabric from a previous project. This is a great way to practice upholstering since the chair is small and the fabric amount manageable. The footstool I needed for my little one... I distressed using Amy Howard Chalk Paint and Ann Sloan Wax and stenciled her initial.

SimplyLinen on Jun 12, 2013Hi Marcy...It went very fast...not intricate at all! Just staple the piping first and then lay the back piece on top.
