Virginia R on Jun 25, 2015They like acidic soil. I always added peat moss into he soil. You need to make sure the peat is damp and is well blended with the surrounding soil.

Pgl on Jul 03, 2015To get good blueberries in the south make sure you plant the berries were they only get 4 to 5 hours sun tops. Also if you have a moist area in the yard plant them there they will love it.I plant several types of blue berries together and get a bumper crop. I have even planted them along the edge of the woods and they do great.
