DIY Fathers Day Jar Craft

Kathy Penney
by Kathy Penney
I used an empty salsa jar, removed the label, spray painted the lid, and used scrapbook paper to make a golf pennant label. I then used scrapbook stickers in a Varsity sports font to label Tee Riffic Dad. I filled it with golf tees and had an easy and cute gift for the golfing dad in our family. Visit Sparkles and a Stove for the full tutorial.
This salsa jar turned into a easy, cute, and frugal Father's Day DIY gift.
Paint, mod podge, salsa, jar, scrapbook paper, stickers, and scissors, and of course golf tees will make dad happy this Father's Day.
I used crafty edged scissors for the edges. They're a little more forgiving than straight ones and look better.
I used a ruler to place the letters and draw a pennant.

This is so awesome! Haha! My dad built himself his own golf green in our backyard! I posted the project on Hometalk, as well!

I'm going to have to show my hubby the golf green! That's something I could totally see him doing!
