Uh, me eidder!!! Maybe we have different definitions of what we think of as "pastel". Perhaps you should consider adding an accent color - it isn't pastel, just too much of all the same color.
And yes, that is a killer view - I'm envious of that!! I'll bet @night it's really awesome.
i meant pastel as in the color blue or the pillows and that sitting chair. Also the lamps seem too "grandma" for me. The mirror is randomly in the middle and too small for the wall. It needs a radical change but I don't know what.
OK kiddo - watch that "grandma" stuff!!! Maybe just change the shades on the lamps - can't really tell what they are but a more contemporary shade could help there. The Mirror is OK, but the scale could be bigger or add other accessories with it to give more dimension & balance - odd numbers are more interesting 3,5, etc. than even numbers. Also it is a bit too high - doesn't connect with the bed. We don't decorate walls - we accessorize furniture so the Mirror needs to be a part of

what the eye sees when looking at the bed ensemble. Turn a couple of those pillows on the diagonal - they look like little soldiers all lined up ; ~ )
That's all the "damage control" I can offer tonight - we're on different time zones and this grandma needs her beauty sleep!!
If it's too pastel, the blame should be placed on the clear blue sky, not the furnishings. Have you considered lowering the mirror, then adding another, larger frame? If you purchase a much larger frame and hang the mirror within that frame allowing the wall to show through between the two, it could appear as though it's matt and a part of the original mirror.
How about taking off that dinky, misplaced mirror and adding an oversized very large, vertically placed semi-abstract oil painting over the bed, that has some darker colors and at least one color that contrasts with blue, or ties it in?
....or....a large stainless steel piece of artwork that reflects to brighten up the wall space, also bringing the blue in? In interior decorating you need a composition of the following: a committed dark color, a "bright" or "white", and a committed medium toned color. Then 1 - 2 accents colors. Every picture in a magazine or book that your eye is reallly drawn to will have these elements. Check it and see.

Your room needs a second medium tone other than the wall (which looks tans or light brown?), more of the dark and more of the bright, and perhaps one replaying pattern in the room.
Just my 2 cents: I like the blue chair and pillows because they play off the sky, water and some buildings. I would add accessories to use that beautiful view and those colors and shades. I'd love a larger mirror or a grouping of mirrors and photos of out the window of sunrise, sunset, night time with everything lit up...paint the frames either silver to match mirror look or shades of blue. A blue blanket at the bottom of the bed, a throw over the back of the chair.... so much to play with. Most of all have fun and enjoy.
I would change the lamp shades to something a little more funky and how about a larger more chunky mirror and some wall sconces? Even a tall headboard would be attractive on that very boring wall!
Lots of potential though, and with that view you really do not need much!
I would find a large, colorful picture to place above the bed and remove the small mirror. You could find something that would blend w/the pastel shades. If you are artistic you could do something simple like stretching a colorful fabric onto a picture frame, or do a collage of photos, just do something really big
I agree with Debi M. a large painting over the bed and perhaps some very sheer lacy panels to give the room an airy feeling. But I would only put the panels over the lower half. (from the wide beam in the middle down) and leave the top of the windows open.
You need someting large on the wall. Then pick a couple of colors out of the art and accessorize. Pillows candles a rug on the floor, a throw on the chair. This is a awesome view. Do you have drapes so you can sleep in?
It's missing a headboard and a great picture on the wall. The mirror has to go ,it's reflecting the closet doors, maybe? Not a good thing to have reflecting in a mirror.

That view is phenomenal. I love it!!
