We must have a bumble bee nest under our deck. What can I do or spray without going under our deck?

I would encourage you to reconsider your need to eliminate your bumble bees. There is very little chance of you being stung by a bumble bee, and, like honey bees, their numbers are declining. For more reasons to leave the nest alone, and how to attempt to move it if you must, see: http://www.buzzaboutbees.net/bee-nest-removal-bumblebee.html

Douglas, I agree with you, it is just that they fly around my back door. It is annoying.

We also have a bees nest under our deck, at first the bees didn't bother us and we didn't bother them, but recently every time we go out, they swarm around our dog and us. They have not stung yet but have been landing consistently on our dog and freaking her out. Is there a way to encourage them to move? I do not want to kill them but we also don't want to get stung.
