Make Your Own Olive Oil Spray for Pennies

Pam is an easy way to cook without adding a lot of oil to a pan, but it is full of chemicals and the aerosol is not so great for the environment. Plus, the cost of the bottles adds up over time.
Another solution is simple – make your own Vegetable oil spray.
All you need is a spray bottle, olive oil and some water. Make the solution by mixing one part of olive oil to five parts of water. (any oil will do as well as olive oil.)
You can use any spray bottle, or a purchased specialty sprayer that you refill.
