$10
Easy
I recently purchased a beautiful canvas rug for my bedroom, and then thought, "Wow I could have made this myself..." So, I did! For $10 I made myself a personalized canvas rug, and you can too!
What You'll Need:
Canvas Drop Cloth (can be purchased at Home Depot or Lowes), Stencil(s), Iron, Paint, Paintbrushes
The Steps:
1. Iron the canvas rug so that it is smooth.
2. Stencil your pattern on the rug.
3. Let it dry!
This project is super easy, and all-in-all it took me around one and a half hours to finish and only cost $10! I can't wait to start making more! For information about the rug, visit my blog at http://diyhuntress.com!

Laure Franz Moluski on Oct 27, 2015Is it slippery at all? I would like to make a stair runner.

Laure Franz Moluski on Oct 27, 2015Thanks. What I really meant is, assuming it is secured to the floor/steps, is the fabric slippery under your feet? I'm wondering if it would be dangerous to use it on steps.
