I own a staging business and go to all the garden shows to keep myself informed on any landscaping and planting ideas.

TaCora Design on Feb 23, 2011Curb appeal is the first impression of your house, eventhough i ahve been to home where curb appeal was great but floor plan and interior was not that great. My thing is if the interior works for your needs, curb apeal can be taken care afterHelpful Reply

My Favorite Gardener on Aug 07, 2011Absolutely curb appeal is very important- It's the first impression prospective buyers have and we know first impressions are lasting. Even if the inside is gorgeous--you have to draw them in. Pruning, weeding, edging, mulching and placing some annual color will go a long way towards the "come in and see" impulse. We work closely with local realtors- and they have boasted more sold signs than others. It works!!Helpful Reply
