Sarah Jackson on Jun 25, 2013Have you thought to get some wooden ball knobs, painting them red and adding some plastic (leaf beads from craft store) or polymer clay beads as leaves? That would work for the knob parts at least and be very cute.Helpful Reply

Tegma on Jun 26, 2013Go to any craft store (Hobby Lobby, Michaels, A.C. Moore etc.) and buy some flat wooden apples, abt. 50 cents. Paint according to choice. Attach to a knob with a screw from the botton side.Helpful Reply
