I just found this mini stool on the side of the road. And swooped it up immediately! Now I need some ideas of what I can do with it. I'm thinking plant stand. But want ideas on designs.

I recently saw one of these stools turned upside down and used to store rolls of wrapping paper. Paint it up nice first.

Honestly I would just clean it up and spray paint it a bright color and put a hanging basket on it and place it in a garden.

I would clean it up by sanding it a little, then paint the top part and stain the legs. You could use this as a bedroom side table. Seen it done on Pinterest, I have two that I am doing now for a spare room.

Clean her up, cut her down, tablescape her with a plant on it for several holidays. It can hold a pumpkin with trailing ivy, it can hold a Santa or a tabletop tree. The ideas are endless.

I don't know if I can explain it, but I saw a hometalk post that wrapped rope around opposite rungs at both level to make two shelves to use as a side table. You could leave it rustic or clean it up and paint it first.

I have two bar stools I use one for my fan ( cheaper than a floor fan). The other one is used at the potting table.

I have one similar to that. I also found a punched tin pattern, punched holes in the top in a star design and painted the top to look like metal. It gets use for plants, stack of books or just whatever takes my fancy.

It all depends on your taste and decor style! I have a similar one in my bathroom sitting next to the tub. Usually, I have a hand towel & washcloth sitting on top or the latest book I'm reading. You could either finish it in a dark wood stain (if you prefer a dressier look) or paint it then possibly distress it but again, it depends on your decor tastes and what "look" you prefer.

I'm into mosaicing at the moment so i would paint the legs and mosaic the seat and use as a side table.

I have one to which I just began removing 3 layers of paint. I plan to paint different colors on different parts using Native American designs on the parts for my New Mexico cabin.
