Complete Home Renovation

Premier Remodeling & Design
by Premier Remodeling & Design
This home was vacant for 3 years in the Princeton Hills and the new owner contracted us to design and renovate the entire cedar home before they moved in. The house sat because it was not livable. Four months later, we added central air, new kitchen, hardwood floors and bathrooms and rework the floor plan to make this a pretty cool house. Homeowner just had the house appraised for double their investment of the renovations.
We painted all the walls white and with the cedar ceilings and all the color the homeonwer had in furniture and art the rooms looked great.
One of the cleanest-looking kitchens we've done!
Close door up and continue the kitchen
wall where new door french door was added
cool cable rail opended a catwalk which we had to steel 8 inches in width from to add the HVAC which is in that closet door
Painted and add some new landscaping
Painted the cedar and added some landscaping
Current kitchen had less than 4ft of space between counter and island. Horrible upper cabinets over island made a small kitchen FEEL even smaller
lots of light and great views from this hillside home
View from livingroom to new layout
great views from 20 feet of windows sold them on taking on this renovation
veiw outside kitchen, extend deck and cut in door into dining room
current island with upper cabinets

I pushed the island out to 5 1/2 feet and reused the granite for the island. We vented the commercial range through the basement
A little convincing and some detailed CAD drawings convinced the owner that moving the door and extending the deck was worth the kitchen design
No more upper cabinets and extended the kitchen across the room
current dinning area looking into living room door in corner will lead to new dining room. Removed the concrete floor and added new bamboo hardwood throughout entire home.
Extended new composite deck and moved door
