Burlap and Vintage Buttons

My mom gave me a basket of vintage buttons she bought at an auction. She had do idea what to do with them. I came up with a few ideas. I made burlap flowers, used the vintage buttons as the middles glued them onto a burlap ribbon. I then had a few glass jars laying around that I spray painted with chalkboard paint and then glued the burlap flowers and ribbon ton them for a touch of vintage cute. I also used a burlap flower I had made and vintage buttons on a picture frame that I was going to get rid of. I'd love to make jewelry with the burlap and buttons as well. These are a few great ways to use that rustic material in a beautiful and vintage inspired way.
