Succulent Wine Glasses - Gifts That Keep on Giving

These succulent wine glasses are classy, don’t cost a lot and will carry on giving as the little baby plant grows. Oh and a succulent wine glass sounds so seductive.
To make these all you need is:
Using a plastic bag and some tape, mask the wine glass so that only a piece of the glass stem shows. Spray the bottoms of the wine glass with Rust-Oleum and wait for the paint to dry.
Once they're dry add 3 table spoons of potting soil and then three table spoons of coarse river sand. Plant the succulent off cuts in the mix and give her a few drops of water.
They make stunning gifts and look awesome as spring table decor.
I love succulents, they are some of the easiest plants to care for. This little one will soon out grow her wine glass and make many, many babies to enjoy and replant.

Linda on Jan 07, 2017You could do this with faux plants, and not have to worry about it outgrowing the container, watering, etc. Great for those who can't grow a thing!
