Casual Entertaining: How to Set up a Buffet

Texas and bbq go hand in hand, and July 4th is the perfect occasion to fire up the grill and invite the family.
I have a large family, so I like to keep the stress to a minimum by hosting a casual affair. Nothing says casual like a buffet.
There are a few important tips to remember when setting up:
Keep the centerpiece simple to make plenty of room for the food.
Starting with a stack of plates, create an orderly flow to keep the line moving.
White dishes are a staple for any table setting. They go with everything!
Check to make sure you have enough plates, glasses and silverware for each guest.
