I am happy to report that I am officially ready for the 4th of July! I have made a scrap wood American flag! It was super easy and fun to make! Check out the full tutorial on my blog!
I had these old broken boards that were broken with jagged edges, which were perfect!
I used some more scrap board to attach all the board together. I added glue to the back of the scrap board and then made sure to nail into each board.
Here is a shot of the front, don't the ends look like a tattered flag?!
I added picture wire to the back for hanging and I was done!
