What to do with a perfectly good lampshade that the metal bracket

    Well, I am a "Red Hatter" and have found one shaped like this make great hatstands.

    Up date a small hanging lamp by slipping the shade over it.

    find a lid that this fits into with the top side down . Then mix cement and pour a base ( remember to insert straws or something for drainage holes.then coat the whole thing with cement . Let it partially dry and coat again ( you can press fake jewels or pieces of glass into the sides if you give it enough coats on the outside) Then let dry for a number of days ( in the shade) make sure to dampen lightly with the hose for the 3 days so the cement can cure . Then plant it up !!!!!!!!!
