i remove my border bulk head paper that was on there for 10 yrs and now i am left with yellow glue fro the paper i scraped the paper off using vingar and water didnt take the glue off help anysuggestions what i should do Thanks in advance

If the vinegar and water did not remove the glue, perhaps its not paste that has been holding the border on all these years. Sometimes as the old paste that holds the boarder on the wall begins to fail, people use paper glue to tack it back up again. Could that be the glue that is not coming off? Paste normally comes off pretty easy once its wet enough.

Then just use very hot water with past removal chemicals you can purchase at the big box stores. Dipping cheese cloth in the mixture and sticking on the wall will keep the glue wet longer which will aid in its softening.

Liguid fabric softner in warm water should do the trick. Spray on let soak in and take off the glue with a putty knife.
