Bryan's Workshop on Jun 20, 2016Hello! My opinion is "bacterial specks." The leaves and stem look fine, so the plant is fine. If the stem and leaves have black spots on them, you're dealing with bacteria cankers or spots and the tomato plant should be trashed. If these are specks, the problem is with the seed, so there's nothing you can do.Helpful Reply
