Shirley on Jun 22, 2016Definitely, Spiria. Hardy perineal, at the late fall approaches cut it down to about 10-12 inches from the ground. Come springtime, it will burst into rapid growth and begin to bloom again around mid June thru late July. Lucky garden find, Enjoy!Helpful Reply
