Sandra on Jun 24, 2016I HAD A WHITE LEATHER COUCH ONCE, I FOUND A GREAT LEATHER CLEANER AT WALMART OF ALL PLACES. I CAN'T THINK OF THE NAME RIGHT NOW BUT IT COMES IN A TALL ROUND PLASTIC CONTAINER YOU POP THE INDIVIDUAL WIPES OUT OF THE TOP LIKE A KLEEN X OR BABY WIPES. I BELIEVE IT CAME IN A BROWN CONT. IT'S LESS EXPENSIVE THAN LEATHER CLEANER LIQUIDS OR PASTES AND DOES A GREAT JOB. I HAD AN OVER STUFFED EIGHT FOOT COUCH. IT ONLY TOOK FOUR WIPES FOR THE WHOLE JOB FRONT SIDES AND BACK. IF AFTER CLEANING, THE SEEMS STILL LOOK BAD, IT'S JUST WORN THEN YOU CAN FIND WHITE DYE THAT COMES IN A TUBE LIKE A MARKER PEN. THEY WORK BEAUTIFULLY. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO DO THIS AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH IDEALY TWICE A MONTH ACCORDING TO A FRIEND WHO MAKES LEATHER FURNITURE. A GOOD WAXING OF THE LEATHER HELPS KEEP IT SUPPLE. WAXING IS JUST A CONDITIONER FOR LEATHER, NOT TO CLEAN IT BUT TO SOFTEN IT UP AND KEEP IT FRESH SO IT WON'T GET BRITTLE. GOOD LUCK. Sweetbrier aka SandyHelpful Reply

Caryn Scholer on Jun 26, 2016I too had a white leather couch. It was given to me and was pretty dirty looking in places. I also used a leather cleaner and it looked a little better. Then I took a bottle of white shoe polish and covered a real dirty looking spot, let it dry and buffed it out with an old cotten baby diaper! It looked like new! So I did the whole thing every time it started to look bad... Bout every 3 months. Just like baby's first pair of walking shoes..Helpful Reply

Justme on Jun 26, 2016Do your research. I was looking to do a couch. I never did but, there is a product that allows you to change the color to almost any color you want. It's specifically for leather and looked pretty easy. Basically painting it. Suppose to end up just as soft and supple as it started. If you try it, please take pictures for us. Good luck!Helpful Reply
