Cute! But If you get rain beware. If rain collects in the tire it can breed mosquitoes/malaria. Old tires are famous for this- the rubber heats up the captive water and it is perfect for mosquitoes. A friend of mine ended up with encephalitis - the CDC found the culprit- an old tire in the creek by their home.

They can always drill holes in the area that is going to be the "bottom" for drainage....
