Just changed the back splash and flooring in my 50's knotty pine kitchen.

The floor had carpet and a picture of the old white tile back splash is shown. It now has slate flooring with a heating element under it for the cold upstate NY winters and a matching thin slat slate back splash. Completely changed the look of the whole kitchen. Love it!
